Among the responsibilities of this role includes the ability to interact effectively and courteously with the public and exercise independent judgment as needed. Additionally, this role be responsible for upholding and enforcing the Ledgeview Town Code of Ordinances, evaluating requests related to residential and commercial properties and you will play a crucial role in the process of adopting ordinances, making decisions related to zoning control and conducting reviews and approvals of site plans. You will work as a part of a highly motivated team.
