On September 12, 2022 the Town Board adopted the Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan serves as a road map for the future, and helps to establish goals, objectives and strategies to help make significant and measurable improvements. The implementation of this plan is reflected in the various policies adopted by the Town Board and is embodied in the Town's budget, Community Investment Plan (CIP), Master Plan, and department-level strategic initiatives.
