Over 400 million years in the making, the Niagara Escarpment (“The Ledge” as many call it) is a landscape feature like no other. The Niagara Escarpment forms a 1,000+ mile long international geologic feature that connects eastern Wisconsin, and Ledgeview, with the Niagara Falls. Recognizing the importance of this geological feature to our community, Ledgeview continues to work toward preservation of our portion of the Niagara Escarpment through implementation of our Viewshed Analysis, Park and Recreation Plan, Town Comprehensive Plan, and development and conservation ordinances.
