If you have any concerns about the placement, please contact Terry Janssen at 920-246-6193, so adjustments can be considered before work is completed.

Week of September 22

Concrete work and top-soil work will continue through this week. Once completed, finish grading on the roadway in preparation of asphalt will start.  You will still need to park on the side streets or the opposite side of the street where work is being done during working hours.  During non-working hours you can parallel park in front of your house.   If you have questions about parking, you can reach out to Terry Janssen at 920-246-6193.

Week of September 15

Now that the curb and gutter is in, the contractor will be moving in to complete the driveway aprons and areas of sidewalk that were not completed.  You will still need to park on the side streets or the opposite side of the street where work is being done during working hours.  During non-working hours you can parallel park in front of your house.   If you have questions about parking, you can reach out to Terry Janssen.

Week of September 8

The contractor should have most of the sidewalk installed, except for some gaps that will be done by hand.  The first part of the week, the contractor will be setting string line and trimming for curb and gutter, and the last part of the week, they will be pouring curb and gutter.

Week of August 25

Sidewalk construction is scheduled to start this week.  When they pour the sidewalk across your driveway, you will not be able to get into your driveway for 7 days until the concrete cures.   You can park parallel on the street in front of your house.

Once the sidewalk is done, the contractor will then place the curb and gutter, and then the driveway aprons.   There will be various times you cannot get into your driveways, and the contractor will be notifying you when this occurs.  Please bear with us as we will try to get you into your driveways as soon as possible.  If you have an event or something that requires you to get into your driveway, please let us know ahead of time, and we can try to coordinate with you.
